“No One Teaches You How Hard the First Years of Nursing Really Are.”

You learned how to pass the NCLEX.

You learned the theory.

But no one prepared you for:

• Managing 5+ patients at once
• The emotional weight of losing a patient
• Toxic coworkers or workplace politics
• The constant fear of making a mistake

You don't have to navigate this alone.

Through one-on-one mentorship with an experienced bedside nurse and leader, you'll gain the support, confidence, and guidance every new nurse deserves.

Mentorship for New Nurses

The transition from nursing school to real-world practice can feel overwhelming. New nurses are expected to manage complex patients, think critically under pressure, and navigate challenging workplace dynamics—all while still learning who they are as professionals.

This mentorship program was created to give new nurses a safe, supportive space to grow with guidance from an experienced bedside nurse and leader.

As a Registered Nurse with experience as a charge nurse, preceptor, and assistant nurse manager, I have had the privilege of mentoring and training many nurses during their earliest days at the bedside. Helping new nurses build confidence, strengthen their clinical thinking, and navigate the emotional realities of healthcare has been one of the most meaningful parts of my career.

Through one-on-one mentorship, I provide support in areas such as:

  • Developing strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Strengthening nursing concepts and critical thinking
  • Debriefing after difficult shifts, codes, or traumatic experiences
  • Navigating bullying or toxic workplace environments
  • Building confidence as a new nurse
  • Career planning and professional development

My goal is simple: to help new nurses feel supported, capable, and confident as they step into one of the most challenging and meaningful professions in the world.

You don't have to figure it all out alone.

...Are you struggling?

A Note From Me

I started exactly where you are.

As a new nurse in a high-acuity hospital, I quickly learned that the hardest parts of this career aren’t found in textbooks—they’re lived in real moments, with real patients, and real pressure.

I’ve been the nurse who stayed late thinking about a patient.

The one who questioned myself.

The one others came to for support.

You deserve that same level of support, too.
