My name is Christine, founder of A Nurse’s Heart Advocacy Group and a Registered Nurse who has spent years working inside the healthcare system here in Central Florida.

During my time as a nurse, I saw firsthand how overwhelming healthcare can be for patients and their families. People facing serious diagnoses, aging care decisions, hospitalizations, or end-of-life planning were often expected to navigate incredibly complex systems on their own—without guidance, support, or someone truly advocating for them.

Too often, families felt confused, stressed, and unsure if they were making the right decisions.

I created A Nurse’s Heart Advocacy Group to change that.

Through nurse-led healthcare advocacy and care navigation, I help patients and families understand their medical options, communicate effectively with providers, coordinate care, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Whether someone is navigating a new diagnosis, supporting an aging parent, preparing for motherhood, or facing difficult end-of-life decisions, my mission is simple:

No family should have to navigate healthcare alone.
